Military gear is the primary source of inspiration for Tetsu Nishiyama's brand WTAPS, which has been championing the aesthetic for decades now. Vans Vault have yet again linked up with the Japanese streetwear brand for a collaboration merging both militaria and skate culture. This second drop takes inspiration from the cold weather season and the deep love of snowboarding shared by both brands. Featuring monotone, earthy hues influenced by military styling and direction. The MTE Bottoms from the collection come in the "Smokey Olive" colourway found throughout the collection and feature embroidered branding on the left cargo pocket as well as above the left back pocket. Elasticated cuffs with zippered closure enable you to cover your boots. Finished with a WTAPS exterior woven label above the right back pocket.
