Puma and Rhuigi Villaseñor are back with another collaborative drop. The Los Angeles based creative, and founder of Rhude, looks to the east coast of the United States to draw a narrative from New York City. His knack for reinterpreting American classics has rendered a tasteful homage to the New York boroughs, with contemporary styling and silhouettes. Perfectly blending old and new.
The Clyde silhouette has a lesser known Mid version, which provides more ankle support and protection. White leather uppers are decorated with a blue suede formstrip. Off-white overlays add more dimension to the shoe, particularly on the ankle with a textured leather. Gold foil numbers are found on the heel alongside stamped Puma branding. Overall the feel is one of a timeless classic, produced here with the upmost consideration for material and colour. To be expected from this ongoing venture between the two parties.
