Designed by Tinker Hatfield and first released in 1987, the Nike Air Trainer 1 is celebrated as one of Nike's most legendary shoes. It's gone from gym champion to wardrobe staple with adaptable looks and uncompromising comfort. The classic "Shima Shima" iteration returns, with its satisfying hues of brown suedes that hold somewhat of a cult status among the Air Trainer loyalists. This colourway originates from a Japanese themed pack, reference to this can be found on the tongue label in a red script. Alongside the lush suede you get all the technology that made the Air Trainer so pioneering, Air Cushioning included.
