Meyba’s roots lie in Barcelona with the brand being founded by two dudes in the 1940’s. When José Mestre and Joaquín Ballbé (or ‘Me-y-Ba’) teamed up they had a dream of creating swimwear and sportswear, hence Meyba was born. However, in 1981 things kicked up a notch when the Catalan brand became the outfitters to the illustrious FC Barcelona. Producing kits for Barca's first all-conquering run for trophies.
More football shirt based goodness here with the Cata tee, taking those famous Barca colours and working them into a solid stripe down the length of a jersey a design tip that always gets the football kit heads going. Complete with that 70's introduced style of taping on the sleeves as well as a host of custom Meyba printed graphics to the chest and a subtle pattern woven through the fabric.
