Manchester United has become an iconic symbol of world football after a sustained period of success on the biggest stages. Long-standing partners adidas have dipped their hands into the United archives, to pull out an iconic collection. The capsule takes cues from the pivotal 1988-89 season, where Alex Ferguson's side, won the FA Cup paving the way for an unprecedented era of dominance for the Reds. No stranger to choice adidas managers jackets, the Bench Jacket has since become synonymous with Sir Alex.  This 2023 edition is inspired by the club's 88-90 padded jackets. Crafted entirely from recycled polyester, the rainproof shell is cut for a regular, long fit. The suede Trefoil and MUFC badge throw it back to the golden era, while the printed club badge on the inside of the jacket a nod to the club's illustrious heritage. The pack-away hood and storm flap are ideal for changing weather conditions.
