Neighborhood clothing was founded in the Harajuku district of Tokyo in 1994, dreamt up by a young motorcycle enthusiast called Shinsuke Takizawa. Inspired by the growing motorcycle subculture in Japan, Shinsuke set out to fuse expert apparel with high-fashion design.

Part of Neighborhood's SS22 drop the Sulfur Dye / C-ST are sweat shorts with dry-touch stuffed fleece, which are sulfur dyed so the colour fading is unique. In addition to the side pockets, there are patch pockets on the rear and printed branding on the front with drawstrings.
