Vans Era Sneakers

Following the success of the Vans Authentic, Vans decided to create their first skateboarding sneaker: the Vans Era, known then as the Vans #95. Designed by legendary skaters Tony Alva and Stacy Peralta, the Vans Era became a key part of the skate shoe evolution.

Hailed as one of the best skateboarding sneakers of all time, the Vans Era was the shoe of choice for skateboarders in the 70s. This iconic low-top sneaker responded to skaters’ need for a padded ankle collar and cushioned insole, giving hardcore skaters a greater level of support. Featuring the classic Vans branded tab and patented waffle sole, these shoes are still a favourite amongst devout skaters.
