Patta was inspired by the Dutch hip-hop scene, with founders Sabajo and Schmidt filling duffle bags with American shoes and sending them back to Amsterdam. Although their main passion was footwear, the two guys decided to print their logo on a small batch of t-shirts for their friends. Soon everyone wanted a Patta tee to match their kicks, and their in-house apparel brand was born.
