Neighborhood clothing was founded in the Harajuku district of Tokyo in 1994, dreamt up by a young motorcycle enthusiast called Shinsuke Takizawa. Inspired by the growing motorcycle subculture in Japan, Shinsuke set out to fuse expert apparel with high-fashion design.

The "Urge Tee" is a short sleeve T-shirt made of 100% cotton. The holy themed graphic is  rubber printed and appears on the chest with the words "Good Gods Urge". This is paired with a small type print on the upper back of the tee.
