Neighborhood clothing was founded in the Harajuku district of Tokyo in 1994, dreamt up by a young motorcycle enthusiast called Shinsuke Takizawa. Inspired by the growing motorcycle subculture in Japan, Shinsuke set out to fuse expert apparel with high-fashion design.

The "Puff Jacket" is a full zip down jacket that follows Neighborhood's classic military aesthetic. Constructed with sturdy taslan nylon taffeta and lined with Primaloft insulation this jacket guarantees heat retention as well as high quality comfort. It features a concealed fastener pocket on the left side of the chest as well as two zipped side pockets with Neighborhood branding printed on them.
