This June sees Copenhagen based Soulland team up with storied artist André Saraiva
For those unfamiliar, André Saraiva is a Swedish born, Paris based multi-disciplined creator and entrepreneur. Beginning his career tagging the city of lights streets with his eponymous Mr A character, Saraiva has gone onto become one of the most recognised in his field working alongside the likes of Futura, Louie Vuitton, Medicom, Billionaires Boys Club and Converse. As well as putting on countless exhibits of work and opening the Grand Hotel Amour in Paris.
Upon sitting down and coming together for a collaborative project both André and Soulland quickly realised that each has always seen the city landscape as their playground, a canvas ripe for creativity to blossom. When they decided to join forces it was done so with the shared desire to produce a charitable project that benefitted others and addressed issues affecting our society. Together both Soulland & André Saraiva has decided that 30% of the turnover from their collaborative project will be equally split between the LGBTQ fund and the Sea Shepherd charity.

LGBTQfund has created The Freedom Fund, that works to secure the safety and liberty of low-income individuals in U.S. jails and immigration facilities, with a clear focus on LGBTQ people. The sweep of criminalization is extraordinary, at some point in their lives, 70% of low-income LGBTQ people are homeless and half of the homeless people will be incarcerated. The Sea Shepherd Conservation Society is working to protect marine wildlife worldwide or as they say, "The Frontline of Ocean Defense, Going Where Others Won´t." The Sea Shepherd organisation was founded by Captain Paul Watson with the mission to protect marine wildlife. The focus of Sea Shepherd is to expose, intercept, and oppose illegal operations that damage and destroy marine wildlife and habitats. Read more on their work via the link below.
