Burn Rubber Detroit and Reebok classics have partnered together for the celebration of the late Notorious B.I.G.’s birthday with the release of the Reebok phase I.
The shoe design features a mix of suede and alligator-embossed leather with a hint of reflective 3M. The shoes inspiration stems from the iconic lines of one of his hits from the Life After Death album Hypnotize when BIG paid homage to Detroit with… (“Pink gators, my Detroit players / Timbs for my hooligans in Brooklyn…”) showing his love not only for the city but for outlandish fashion choices.
