This is the first of three Kenny Moore Nike Classic Cortez releases for this week.
Kenny Moore started his outstanding racing career under the tutelage of coach Bowerman. He logged over a thousand miles in Bowerman’s prototypes, helping to lay the foundation for what would become the legendary Cortez.
This special-edition style recalls an early prototype from the days that preceded the Swoosh. It sports details inspired by the hand-cobbled original, debossed branding on the heel and a signed sockliner printed with one of Bowerman’s training regimens.
