Nike Air Jordan 2 Retro “Radio Raheem”
For all those Spike Lee aficionados Radio Raheem is a well known character, for all those who aren’t so familiar with his 1989 joint “Do The Right Thing” Raheem was the young man who was always carrying a huge boombox playing only Public Enemy’s “Fight The Power”.
This “Radio Raheem” edition of the Air Jordan 2 takes it’s cues from the colours found on the “Bed Stuy Do or Die” shirt that Raheem wore in the movie and not the sneakers he wears in it (as observant fans may have noted it’s the Nike Air Revolution he wears on screen).
Coming in mainly tumbled black leather, the top eyelet, wings logo, piping and the heel area all feature blue hits. Whereas the second eyelet and sole features a little bit of pink.
