In Focus: New Balance M1500 OGN & M1530 OGG
We've been treated to some serious reissue biz on the New Balance M1500 of late. A timely reissue of the 1500TB (Now TBT) as well as some stellar work bringing the GKB & GB back into the fray. March sees New Balance launch the M1500 OGN, built to celebrate 30 years of the iconic style.
This edition masterfully blends classic navy & grey hues like no one else. Up top were treated to a buttery soft nubuck application throughout with pepperings of classic sportswear mesh and embroidered detailing. Down below an ENCAP unit runs the show featuring an off white shade to really evoke the spirit of the OG. Each pair arrives with a New Balance 1500 dust bag.
Not content with just a 1500 Flimby turn their attention to the relatively new M1530 which has already seen some impressive colourways paint the upper, namely the M1530 SE with its rich mustard tones. The 1530 essentially takes the essence of the 1500 and mixes it with some fresh new ideas to create a very worthy hybrid style. Like the 1500 from the same pack, this edition blends light grey and navy to devasting effect. Featuring a soft & buttery nubuck upper paired with lightweight mesh panels the 1530 is a very welcome addition to the Flimby line up. Down below New Balance swap in a spongy Revlite sole unit which offers maximum comfort.
Some select sizes of both the M1500 OGN & M1530 OGG remain, click the button below to shop now.
