Le coq sportif is proud to be partnering with the iconic Hawaiian surf brand Town & Country Surf Designs. This collaboration is inspired by the ‘90s, and features two different versions of the LCS R800, an iconic running shoe from the time.
Le coq sportif is taking things one step further, with a coconut scent developed especially for the collaboration. This fragrance, incorporated into the outer sole, pays homage to surfboard wax and is sure to transport surfers and beach bums straight to the world’s most beautiful surfing spots.
To capture the essence of this summery collaboration, both shoes were photographed on the south-west coast of France, one of Europe’s best surfing destinations.
The LCS R800 optical white’s contrast onlays – in ‘90s favourites bright turquoise and intense violet – pop against the optical white mesh and grey suede. The outer sole bears the brand’s logo in a multicolour allover print, a nod to all the colours the Town & Country emblem wore over the decade.
