Following the successful launch of the Marathona OG, which saw hummel bring back one of their key running silhouettes from the archive. hummel are back at it again, however this time with a brand new contemporary updated evolution of the 80s classic – the Marathona II Premium.
The newly dubbed Marathona II Premium combines the best of running and leisure wear with a mixed mesh, leather and suede upper in subtle shades of off white, paying homage to the brands’ timeless Danish design.
Two key elements in the design of the Marathona II Premium have been updated for a fresh new look for 2017. The addition of a side strap panel and rounded laces adds a prevailing touch, which brings this iconic silhouette into the new millennium. The Marathona II Premium sits on top of a moulded EVA mid-sole featuring a TPU heel stabilizer, woven dual coloured heel loops and finished off with a clean white rubber outsole.
