The Ultra Tech- part of the Oregon family tree- reappeared amongst the adidas offering last year. The welcome inclusion saw a host of archive-inspired colourways land to satisfy the thirst for 90's runners. This latest version sees adidas deploy an identical material make up of suede, mesh & a hit of nylon. A similarly retro palette is preferred too, with a light green working its magic across the upper alongside hits of sharp defining red and blocking grey. Down below a compression moulded EVA unit looks after stability & comfort whilst the Dellinger web signs the shoe off with an air of authenticity.

The Yung 1's been on a rich vein of form since its debut last year. It's most recent outing as the 'console' was one of the styles strongest yet, with this iteration very much in the same ballpark. Using a light grey for its base on the nubuck overlays and nylon mesh its the colour pops on the details that really make this Yung 1 shine. Two hues of pink alongside a rich royal blue serve to define the retro-inspired upper of the Yung 1.

The Temper Run couldn't have arrived back on the scene at a better time, its multi-layered upper and sculpted sole unit looking more current than ever. The adiPrene midsole provides a very solid foundation for the panel upper, a mixture of salmon pink & caramel brown work in harmony to dial in the 90's inspiration whilst still retaining a contemporary aesthetic.

A shoe primed for the warmer weather, a holiday staple the Lacombe was introduced to the line up as part of Gary Aspden's Spezial collection in Spring Summer 2016. Based on a pair of adidas 'Newcombes' the 'Lacombe' switched out the originals tooling to give us the sharp clean look that the Lacombe is known for. This iteration doesn't change too much the same supple leather upper is used alongside a clean white sole unit. A pale blue leather tongue tab breaks the all-white upper offering a subtle point of difference.

A fusion of adidas styles the Samba RM ditches the rubber cup sole in favour of a capsulated Boost unit. A milky semi-translucent rubber outsole gives a sneak peek to what's running the show beneath your feet. The upper gets a bit of a reworking too as the heels extended vertically for a more contemporary profile. A material mix of leather & suede offer durability as well as a link to the original Samba.
