More Made in Italy goodness from Diadora has rocked up to our door. Continuing their fine form this season, the Italian sportswear stalwart present two luxe takes on it's flagship 90s runner - the N9000. Enlisting the help of Leo Colacicco, a long standing collaborative partner of the brand who's no stranger to an N9000 or two, having reworked the style under both the LC23 guise and his own name.

First up is the 'Leone' N9000, we can't say for certain what inspired this latest colourway but I'd be willing to wager the dusty sun-drenched desert compositions of Sergio Leone's spaghetti Western epics might have had some impact. This latest N9000 features an upper composed of suede overlays finished in desert tans and rugged browns contrasted by a desert rose pink suede overlay and a cactus green midsole to dial in some suitably frontier flavours. All this sits atop the signature 'neutral' N9000 tooling with the shoe signed off by Diadora's usual sharp embroidered branding.

Following our visit to the scorching heat of the desert, this next iteration is the polar opposite, pun most probably intended. The Orso Polare or 'Polar Bear' when translated to English is the inspiration behind this latest N9000. Featuring an upper composed of premium suede and leather overlays. With an unusual yet very satisfying underlay choice of fleece cotton. The shoe is finished off with the typical embroidered branding details that we've become accustomed to over the years as well as a grey outsole plate with pale blue colour pops.
