Aries is a non-gendered luxury streetwear brand with an artisanal and artistic approach to design and production. Born out of an ongoing love of trash culture, outsider art and illustration, collections also reflect Prantera’s Central Saint Martin’s training and fascination with garment dyeing, printing and a forensic approach to garment construction. The brand’s cultural output is realised throughout the year with the release of self-published books, international art shows, experiences and collaborations which range from the cult and collectable to the esoteric, working with different artists and image-makers who are an integral part of the Aries world and community.
AW20 explores further Aries’ fascination for Classic iconography and artefacts and their role in ’80s and 90’s Italian luxury fashion; without forgetting its skate-inspired ironic play on graphics and logos. Branding is more elevated, stronger and more ubiquitous appearing on basic signature items
