adidas Rouge, Blanc & Bleu
adidas celebrate the French 'Tricolore' with their latest freshly baked batch of low profile 'T-Toe' Training shoes first seen in the 70's & 80's.
First up we have the adidas Rouge, which made a long-awaited comeback in 2014 and we even threw a little bit of a launch party to herald the occasion. The Rouge which translates to Red in English was first produced in Austria in 1976 and went onto become rare as hen's teeth in collectors’ circles. 2021 see's adidas issue an OG 1 to 1 spec reissue to form part of the Tricolore pack alongside the new Blanc & Bleu.
The Blanc is a rare mono hued terrace shoe boasting a chalk white suede upper with tonal leather overlays on the three stripes Full suede uppers and leather overlays on the stripes and heel tab make up the upper whilst that signature gum sole unit running beneath. The same material make up is repeated across the pack with that all important gold foil stamp completing each shoe.
