Introduced way back in 1984, the revolutionary Micropacer was the first to add digital technology to footwear. This release pays homage to the original runner but presents it in a jungle ink and core black colourway.
The microcomputer in the tongue measures distance run, calories burnt and average pace which back in it’s day was the height of technology, remember this was back when the closest you’d get to a smart watch was a calculator with tiny buttons that you wore on your wrist and it masqueraded as a watch.
The jungle ink textile upper and core black suede overlays are complimented by the iconic three stripes in core black leather. The heel tab is also done in core black, whilst the midsole is colourblocked in black and off white and finished off with a flash of tomato on the hard grip rubber outsole unit.
