A message to the HANON community...
At HANON, we have decided to implement some changes in order to safeguard our customers, staff, and the general public from the possible further spread of COVID-19. We are continually monitoring and following the advice from the Government, NHS, and the World Health Organisation, and are taking all the precautions we can.
We are trying to remain as operational as possible amidst the current circumstances while implementing social distancing and staff segregation across our office, store, and warehouse locations.
Our Online Store and HANON Launches platforms will remain open as normal throughout this period with worldwide shipping so that we can continue to operate as a business, and we will be reaching out to our customers and mailing list via email in the coming days.
Also, our Aberdeen store will be closed to the general public for the time being except for click & collect orders which have been paid online in advance. To limit contact, should you visit our store to collect an order, please provide proof of your purchase and we will bring your order to the door (no signature required). Please note that our store hours have been revised to Monday-Saturday 10:00 until 17:30.
