CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
We will not combine previous orders as each order is
pre-assigned a unique trackable id.

BOXES?
Due to our shipping service requirement for goods to be
signed for, it is essential that a reception agent be present during business
hours. If not a physical delivery address with someone to sign for the goods
should be arranged.
ARE
MY GOODS INSURED?
Hanon-shop.com has arranged that all goods be insured in
transit to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage at no cost
to the customer. Once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery
address the goods are no longer insured.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At the checkout you will be required to fill out the billing
address for your card. Then you will be asked to fill out the shipping
destination for your purchase.

SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
Your order will be shipped in accordance to the level of

AM OUT AND MISS A DELIVERY?
If you miss the delivery more than twice you will be held
