released
in spring 2009 as a Japan exclusive style, Nike collabed with
Jun Takahashi’s label 'Undercover' & Hiroshi Fujiwara, a
grandmaster of style & Japanese street culture. This here
Quickstrike edition has been refined from the Japanese version,
featuring minimal branding and vintage effect application.
These
are
clean and classic basics from an 80's tennis background featuring
full 'vintaged' suede upper with embroidered micro swoosh detailing & perfs, 2
lace sets
to add a bit of colour if desired. The addition of a slightly
aged/discoloured deep
midsole to these tidy tennis shoes gives an all round quality feel. Another chance of getting ones hands on a Hiroshi influenced
design, a limited edition.
