Levi's 1927 Jean Raw
|
| |
The 1927-501 was LS&Co's first jean to be made with Levi's
signature Red Selvage denim. The cloth was made by Cone Mills, the
North Carolina based fabric supplier that had been providing levis with
denim since 1915. The Red Selvage helped distinguish Levi's XX jeans
from other companies products. Like the original, the 1927 replica
comes with a Grand Prize label which is attached to the back waistband
and can be removed by the wearer.
